    That’s a simple, but brilliant suggestion. Businesses who partner with hyper local active real estate agents will stand out from their competitors. The real estate agents also benefit because tie-in partners add value and legitimacy to the agent as a local expert.

    I’m hyperlocal already, I just wasn’t calling it that. When I first started the business, (I am a real estate agent) I knew one neighborhood inside and out. . .my home town. I had to learn how to become a neighborhood specialist for many different towns and eating, doing business in the town helped me to refer other business owners. It was a win-win for me and these businesses I paired up with.
